I Got Nothin'

Really important to say, that is. Haven't posted in awhile, so I thought I'd drop in. Nina needs reading glasses, Dad says it's the Piscopo curse, Mom says the Silke curse! Either way, she needs them.
The other night I made the easiest, and according to Jim and Nina, best dinner ever. Aly said it was just o.k., because she doesn't like stuffing. Here goes -

1 can of apple pie filling
about 4 pork chops
1 box of stuffing, prepared

Spray a deep baking dish, put apple pie filling on bottom, pork chops on top of apple filling, stuffing on top of that. Bake covered in 350* oven for about 30 minutes, uncover for another 10. That's it!! Easy as, well pie!!

And boy did the house smell good. Now, most of you know that I won't eat it, but everyone else sure loved it - except Aly. She did like the meat, which left more of the stuffing and apples for Nina and Jim. Noone complained!

That's it for now. More of the same, work, cart the kids around town, cook, clean and laundry. Let me know if anyone makes the dish. I wonder if your family will like it too.
Ciao ~
